We should know about 2018’s sales numbers when ATF releases the 2020 Firearms in Commerce periodical, and 2019 after the mandatory hold period on the data expires next year. However, given the sales numbers we have, it would be no surprise at all to finish the 2020 with 20 million new guns sold, and the “monstrous surge in gun sales NPR complains of nothing more than a continuation of a long term terned.
